How do we get started?Our process for pursuing or contracting any new projects consists of three steps:
1.Project Outline – Soleran puts together collaborative design and brainstorming sessions to outline the scope of a given project. Unfortunately Soleran cannot take on every application presented to them. Because of this, we are very particular about the outline and investigatory stage of the process.
2.Market Research – If an initial needs analysis satisfies our internal investigation, Soleran will then initiate a complete market research study that analyzes several aspects of the prospective clients industry and competitive application scenarios. This process has been used as an accurate gauge of successful development and deployment strategies for years by the Soleran organization. This will give both Soleran and our prospective clients and through, third-party analysis of their business proposition.
3.Design and Development Strategy – If we are able to reach a point of acquiring a particular project, one of two methods will be presented to a prospective client, Contract Build or Marquee Build. Contract build is a build for hire type opportunity where if a project qualifies for a Marquee build application, it’s possible that Soleran may build the proposed application for free. In the case of a Marquee build, other compensation strategies will be arranged.
