How is your information hosted?

Soleran hosts many sites including our marquee products, eSalesTrack and the eAppTrack family, on dedicated servers in state-of-the-art hosting facilities across the Midwest of the United States. Up time is 99.99 percent through redundant power sources and uninterruptible power supplies, climate control, fire suppression, computerized facility management, managed operating systems, managed databases, capacity planning, sophisticated security systems, storage disk arrays and backup, and tape backup with offsite rotation.

How is your information protected?

All your data is hosted in servers that reside behind Managed Firewalls, which means your data is protected from outside incursion. All your data is encrypted using 128-bit encryption and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which means that your data cannot be read by competitors or hackers. Intrusion Detection Systems, continual security monitoring, and regular security assessments are used to double-check our security precautions.

How can I tell my account pages are secure?

Whenever your access your account, your data is secured through data encryption. You can identify the use of encryption by the “https://” that begins the page address in your browser address bar, and by the padlock icon at the corner of the browser window.
