Deepening Ties & Building Corporate Education

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

In the third year of Soleran’s philanthropy, Soleran Cares, we are becoming even more involved with our local partners Unbound, Significant Matters, Mission Adelante, and Convoy of Hope. Soleran Cares is rooted in poverty charity work with an emphasis on organizations that help individuals and communities become self-sustainable through job creation. We have a heart for people and entrepreneurship that surpasses our Kansas City community through the organizations with which we have chosen to partner. Soleran Cares’ tenets include dignity, independence and community for sustainable and compassionate work. We believe in best practices. The same can be said for charitable causes. With our best practices in consulting and software, we try to remain impactful and intentional. In the case of charity work, we need to be mindful of what we do to help. Soleran is deeply committed to understanding how to do charity well, particularly how it relates to poverty. It has captured the heart of our company.

As part of deepening our partner ties, we chose to make a concerted effort to help our employees learn more about each of these organizations and serve with them if possible. This facilitates an education on why Soleran Cares exists and gives our employees avenues to explore, if they so choose, for getting personally involved in charity work in our own backyard.

To begin this endeavor, Significant Matters presented their important work at our corporate offices. The organization’s mission is to advance sustainable solutions to material poverty through the faith-driven community. They do this by working with faith-driven individuals, businesses, churches and other organizations to pursue and promote sustainable and transformative solutions for people and communities fighting poverty and seeking a better future. They also host SaT Talks, TED Talk-like videos, of non-profit leaders around the world showcasing how their work has impacted the communities they serve. Soleran’s founder is on the Board of Directors for Significant Matters.

In May, we held our annual corporate service day. The Soleran Team sorted clothes and household items at Adelante Thrift in Kansas City, Missouri. Adelante Thrift is the vehicle that funds Mission Adelante’s efforts to support immigrants and refugees in the Kansas City metro. We were greeted by Executive Director, Jarrett Meek. Before allowing us to hit the thrift store floor, he took a few minutes to teach our team about Mission Adelante’s beginnings and incredible local impact. Soleran’s founder also sits on Mission Adelante’s Board of Directors.

In September, we invited Convoy of Hope to our corporate headquarters for our annual employee appreciation day. The Convoy of Hope team started our morning with an employee presentation on their corporate areas of focus: disaster relief, women’s empowerment, agriculture, rural initiatives, and children’s feeding. Soleran Cares is committing to sponsoring an event in Kansas City for Convoy of Hope in 2025.

In 2022, Soleran Cares began its first partnership with Unbound. Soleran Cares has been involved with Unbound’s entrepreneurship program. Our team was guided through the Unbound Experience Center detailing their programs and international impact. Over the last two years, our partnership with Unbound has impacted 21 entrepreneurs in 4 different countries. Unbound partners with families all over the world living in poverty, empowering them to become self-sufficient and fulfill their desired potential. Funds are directed to entrepreneurs for items needed to grow their small businesses, ultimately becoming more self-sustaining and boosting the local economy. The entrepreneurs go through a grant process to seek funds for needed items, training and develop a business plan. The entrepreneurs we support wrote personal letters to Soleran describing the difference their Unbound entrepreneurship grants have made in their lives personally and as small business owners.

You can join our cause to help families get out of poverty by pursuing their small business dreams, ultimately leading to sustainability for them and their local economy. Support our “teach a man to fish” philosophy! There are so many amazing organizations doing such impactful and intentional work. We all have so much to be thankful for this holiday season. Why not pass that along? We have our list of favorite organizations on our Soleran Cares page. Visit and consider giving to one of these deserving organizations this Giving Tuesday (Tuesday after Thanksgiving)!
